We absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect, the staff are nice helpful and fast to react. The breakfast and quality is really above expectations. I would definitely come back again.

Family room was really comfortable and could fit us all perfectly. Although located in a busy neighborhood, it was quite silent. Love the "good night" service

Great location. Super modern and classy place. It’s an art gallery all around. The staff are superior and one of the best hospitality teams that I’ve ever seen in Spain and Europe in general. Great gym facilities for a hotel in central Madrid. Amazing breakfast set within a bakery/restaurant attached to the hotel and is open for the public as well. Super location just between plaza mayor and gran via, cannot ask for anything better. The rooms are just wow, super comfortable and clean. Staff at housekeeping are 7-star level.

Location was perfect. Bed was huge and so comfortable! The room size was so great also, lovely decor.
